We aspire to become a successful independent developer and earn the creative freedom that implies; to get there we work with the best in the business, accept bold challenges, rise above them the best way we can, and do it all without losing our souls.

With 15 years of experience in the industry at leading studios such as Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft, Dan grew Red Fly Studio from an art outsourcing house with two employees to a leading independent developer. Dan still maintains a broad range of expertise including modeling, texturing, animation, and sculpture.

Kris Taylor

Kris Taylor

Studio Art Director

Kris Taylor began working in the game industry in 1996 as a sculptor and cinematic artist, and he has been working on games, film, and commercials ever since. Having worked at leading companies such as Retro Studios, Sony Online Entertainment, and Microsoft, Kris drives the delivery of the acclaimed visuals for which Red Fly Studio is well-known.

Technical Design Director

Jeff started his career at 7th Level with Dan and Kris, serving as Technical Director for Return to Krondor. Jeff has spent his career as a facilitator among the various disciplines within the development studio structure. Part programmer, part artist, part scripter, his experience gives him valuable insight into all of the processes involved in developing video games.

Joel has 20+ years experience designing and producing games, including Everquest I and II, Turok, NBA Street, Need For Speed, Wing Commander, Privateer, and Mythica, at places including Sony Online Entertainment, Disney, Electronic Arts, Microsoft and Origin, for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PSP, and DS.
